Peacebytheshore.com offers free standard shipping within the Contiguous United States with promo code: PEACE. We do offer overnight and 2 day shipping at an extra cost.

Shipment Receiving Guidelines

These guidelines must be followed in order to guarantee the option of returning any of the products purchased:

For insurance purposes the majority of packages will require a signature. You must be present to receive, inspect, & sign for your delivery if a signature is required.

Before signing/receiving the package:

  • Check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages.
  • Check for damaged packaging.
  • When signing for the package it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign. Your signature indicates acceptance, and if you simply sign without inspecting the packaging or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”. If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, make sure you note this prior to signing. If damages or shortages are not recorded, the shipping company will not honor insurance claims and unfortunately Peacebytheshore.com will not be able to honor our Returns Policy.
  • Immediately unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items. If there are any damages or shortages, they must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) using our Returns Policy.

Order Turnaround Time

It is important to Peacebytheshore.com that we ship your purchase as quickly as possible. We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. In some instances, when items are thought to be in stock but are not available, you will be notified via e-mail of the options available to you prior to shipment of your order. If your order has a problem and cannot be shipped, we will contact you with a potential resolution.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that Peacebytheshore.com reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.

Keeping Track of Your Order

Once your purchase has been shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number to check the status of your order. Peace by the Shore is committed to providing the best possible service. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@peacebytheshore.com

Returns on Domestic Orders

Peacebytheshore.com is confident you will be happy with your purchase(s). If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact hello@peacebytheshore.com, to advise us that you are sending your product(s) back and to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the returned parcel. All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. The returned parcel must be received in our warehouse, no later than 14 days from the date the RMA number was sent to you. Once this date has passed, we will cancel the RMA and permanently close the order.

Please note returns will not be accepted at any Peace By The Shore retail partners and must be shipped back to the designated return address.

Peacebytheshore.com is not responsible for items that may have become damaged, lost or stolen in shipment.

A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction. You have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to contact us requesting a RMA for all full price items. After 15 days, no returns are allowed and no refund of any kind will be issued.

Any order shipped with complimentary shipping with be deducted the cost of the shipping from the refund. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Unless the purchase was made using a promo code for complimentary return shipping, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

All purchases made with a store credit are not valid for returns or exchanges. 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 1 business day of receiving your order. We recommend that you take pictures of the damages prior to opening any packages.  Please follow the return guidelines below to notify us of your damaged items.

Damaged Goods Return Guidelines

The return guidelines must be carefully followed in order to ensure there are no issues when returning your product.

The Customer Returns Specialist will record your information and give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is our tracking number for your return and must be referenced in all communications. Follow the directions given by the Customer Returns Specialist to return your order.

Please note returns will not be accepted at any Peace by the Shore store locations and must be shipped back to the designated return address. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of Peacebytheshore.com receiving them.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Peacebytheshore.com ships International orders through different shipping carriers. Please contact us prior to placing an order so we may provide you with the shipping cost options. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs as well as any duty, brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier. Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. 

Shipping Surcharges

When checking out you will be notified of your shipping costs which will vary depending on location of final destination. Shipping charges quoted will not include extra costs such as duty, brokerage, etc. that may be incurred and that are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns on International Orders

Peacebytheshore.com is confident you will be happy with your purchase(s). If you are unhappy, with your purchase, please email us within 14 days of receiving at hello@peacebytheshore.com, to advise us that you are sending your product(s) back and to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the returned parcel. The returned parcel must be received in our warehouse, no later than 30 days from the date the RMA number was sent to you. Once this date has passed, we will cancel the RMA and permanently close the order.

We require that all returns be made through an insurable method and that a tracking number is provided. Peacebytheshore.com is not responsible for items that may have become damaged, lost or stolen in shipment. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery for all returns. Please note you will be credited your order amount less any duty, brokerage and/or surcharges by the carrier for the returned item.

All other policies apply to International orders.
